Differences Between TPE And Silicone Sex Dolls

Finally, just like silicone, TPE is also hypoallergenic.
Silicone, also known as silicone rubber, is a mixture of silicon polymer with carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. Due to the material nature of silicone, it allows for a finer set of details to be crafted in your doll. If we have to name a few prominent areas, then these will be the vagina, penis, anus, face, fingers and textured skin treatment. As with TPE, silicone is hypoallergenic. However, do note that by comparison, silicone is a superior material when compared to TPE as the latter is more porous, hence, silicone requires a lower level of maintenance effort. Silicone is also more resistant to scratches and damage as it is tougher. If you prefer your doll to be installed with an internal heating system, then a silicone doll is the way to go as it has a very high melting point (read: 1414°C or 2577.2 °F!) - their TPE cousins can’t do this trick.
Our advice would be to first get a good understanding of the material basics before pulling the trigger (have patience!) on a big-ticket item such as a love doll.
