The following timeline is an estimate — not a guaranteed delivery time. It does not account for potential delays caused by peak seasons, holidays (including Chinese New Year), or unforeseen circumstances.

The average time from order to delivery is between 3 weeks to 3 months, depending on your location, doll choice, time of year, and manufacturer. Note that silicone dolls generally require longer fabrication times.

We aim to process all orders and ship your doll as quickly as possible. However, each doll is made to order (even pre-configured models), so please be patient — your doll is worth the wait.

This timeline is standard across all authentic vendors as we source from the same reputable workshops. Be cautious of sellers claiming ultra-fast delivery — a fully customized doll cannot be produced and shipped within just 3 days.

Queue times vary by manufacturer, model, and time of year — from a day to over two months for popular or newly released dolls. Contact our friendly team before ordering if you'd like an estimate for your specific doll.
