• We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all sex dolls.
• Import Taxes and Duties are taken care of by us. Import Duties and VAT are levied by your local authority and we would recommend you check your government’s website prior to ordering.
• We cannot ship to countries that have strict laws regarding sex dolls.
• For CAN, NOR, AUS and SA and a few other countries it is not possible to pay import charges upfront. In this case, we are happy to split the duty fees with you and also manage the liaison with import customs, so it is stress-free for you. On average the additional fee is approx. £100 and in most cases we can give you an estimate of cost prior to purchase.
• You will receive your doll in discreet packaging (plain brown box with no content descriptions).
• You can arrange a suitable day for delivery.
• You will be issued a tracking number approx. 2 days after dispatch.
• You can follow your doll's journey in your registered account with us.
• Ready stock dolls will be dispatched within 24 hours, average delivery time for "Ready stock dolls" is about 3 - 7 business days after payment is completed for destinations in Europe and USA, and 1 working day for Singapore.

*For customers in Australia, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, South Africa and now the UK (Post Brexit): Import duties are calculated as your doll passes through customs. Unfortunately, this means we cannot pay import fees in advance. This can sometimes cause minor delays to our expected delivery times, we still provide a full customs clearance service.
